How long will it take to get my order?
Because of our personal attention to each step of creating your wall decor or furniture, orders placed with us will be delivered by standard UPS service in: 5–10 days for all items for which you have not specified personalization, custom sizing or custom images 7–12 days for personalized items 20–30 days for custom sizes or images If, for any reason, we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. You'll hear from us the day it ships with your UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date. We process and ship orders within 48 hours via UPS ground. Orders typically arrive within 7 -14 days. There are exceptions to this, for example, if you mail us a check or money order we process the order after it clears the bank.

What are your guarantees or warranties?
We have a Product Excellence Guarantee which states every product you buy must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to us for replacement. Please call 1-877-474-2936 so we can send a return tag.

What geographic area do you ship to?
We ship UPS to all 48 connecting states and Air Mail to Alaska, Hawaii. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii but UPS charges more to get to you.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
Yes, via Postal Service but it will take 2 or 3 days longer than UPS and we will be unable to provide you with a tracking number.

Do I pay Sales Tax?
Only if you live in Michigan, if you live in Michigan you pay 6% sales tax, even if you decide to ship it to another state.

Do you provide a secure form for submitting credit card information?
Yes. We at VanBar take internet security very seriously.
We use 128 bit encryption technology. We use a secure server (ever wonder what the 's' is in https?) for all information. We also only work with reputable credit card processors for your protection.
Sometimes this may casue an error when you place an order online. We also will take your order over the phone. We are here to protect you and us. (We are not fond of lawsuits either.)

What if I order a product that is discontinued?
We will contact you with the option of a full refund or another product at the same price.

If I receive a damaged product, what do I do?

What are the product made of?
ALABASTRITE
Product line name for polyresin items. Alabastrite is a stone-based material which can be intricately molded, producing great detail, and will allow paint to adhere. These items can be cleaned by dusting; however, they should not be washed with water as they are painted with water soluble paints.

BONE CHINA
White clay with bone ash added. Bone ash content must be at least 25% by U. S. guidelines. Fired at l800 degrees. The translucent material is finished with a glaze or underglaze (matte). Lighter, stronger, and more expensive than porcelain.

PORCELAIN
Fine ground white clay, molded and fired in an oven for 8 hours at l200 degrees. Finished with a glazed, underglazed, or "bisque" finish. Glazing produces a high gloss; underglazing produces a matte finish. Bisque is a matte finish without glaze. After finishing, the item is cooked at 800 degrees for six hours.

JADE PORCELAIN
A type of porcelain made with finer clay. Usually no glaze, or only a colorless glaze, will be applied at the final firing to show off the very smooth surface and to preserve the translucency.

STONEWARE
White clay with fine ground stone. Working with stoneware demands great expertise, and is in fact becoming a lost art. Stoneware is safe to use in microwave and conventional ovens.

PATCHWORK ITEMS
Fabric or paper prints are applied to the surface of porcelain, dolomite, or polyresin items. After application, 12 layers of laquer are added and the item is hand polished to a high gloss between each layer.

HONG TZE
To closely emulate a special stone found in China which is known for its deep red color. These items are created using an alabastrite polyresin. Hong Tze pieces are highly polished, further bringing out the intense, deep red color.

FROSTED ACRYLIC
Acrylic items are given the French Lilac process (used on glass) to achieve the distinctive frosted look. The beauty of frosted glass without the weight.

GYPSUM
A white mineral which is usually used to make Plaster of Paris.

DOLOMITE
A magnesia-rich, sedimentary rock resembling limestone, dolomite is either gray, pink, or white in color.

What is 100% Customer Satisfaction promise?


  • Within 15 days of recieving your order, call VanBar at 1-877-474-2936 with any problem and we will get it resolved.

  • If it is broke, we fix it or replace it.

  • If you haven't recieved it, we will track it and find it, or replace it

  • If you don't like it, we will resolve the reason why and either replace it or refund your money.


MERCHANDISE RETURN AUTHORIZATION

AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT To obtain VanBar’s authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call 1-877-474-2936 (Customer Support) within 15 days of recieving your product(s). Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 20 days of delivery to you.
CONDITIONS Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by VanBar. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. b. Sample items are not returnable. c. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned back to you and shipping costs of return will be charged.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact VanBar’s customer support within 15 days of the date of recieving your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.

NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
